The Banner Art Collective (http://www.bannerart.org/) creates, collects, and distributes web.art and poetry within the limitations and context of web advertisements.

Artists can add works to the collection, and viewers can host works from the collection on their own websites by pasting a few lines of code into their own HTML code.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

The Banner Art Collective was started in January 2002 to examine the possibilities of art constructed within the guidelines presented by the Internet Advertising Bureau. Since then, the BAC has collected work from artists in Germany, Belgium, France, Canada, the UK, and the US.
